Rhian Davies

Rhian is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance team, based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Rhian works on a variety of matters within the Banking & Finance team, representing institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers from a variety of sectors, with transactions ranging from low value secured lending to multi-jurisdictional lending arrangements.

Career

Rhian graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 with a first class Law degree, and completed the LPC at Cardiff in 2018 with a Distinction.

She previously worked as a Paralegal dealing with Property matters within the railway sector before joining Blake Morgan in September 2019 as a trainee solicitor.

Rhian qualified as a solicitor in September 2021 having completed seats in the Commercial Litigation team, Real Real Estate team, on secondment to the Nursing and Midwifery Council and in the Banking & Finance team. She was promoted to Senior Associate in July 2025.
