Sophie is a Solicitor in the Employment team based in the Oxford and Reading offices.
Main areas of practice
Sophie assists the Thames Valley Employment team with Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. She also assists with ad-hoc advice on a range of topics, such as policies, staff handbooks, contract reviews and settlement agreements.
Sophie assists businesses of varying sizes and in different sectors.
Sophie did her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at The University of Sheffield (graduating in 2017 with a 2:1), before completing her GDL and LPC at The University of Law in Guildford.
She started her training contract in September 2020. Before her Employment seat, Sophie completed seats in Succession & Tax, Family and a secondment to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2022.
