Victoria is Senior Associate specialising in Planning, Environmental, Highways and Compulsory Purchase law covering both contentious and non-contentious aspects.
Main areas of practice
Victoria advises on all aspects of Town and Country Planning law and has particular experience of planning appeals and public inquiries, applications for certificates of lawfulness and development, town and village greens, planning enforcement appeals/prosecutions as well as Section 106 agreements.
Victoria also advises on both highway law and environmental law including complex Section 278 Agreements, Compulsory Purchase Order and Environment Agency prosecutions including waste prosecutions.
Before joining Blake Morgan, Victoria was an Associate at Blandy & Blandy LLP specialising in Planning and Environmental Law for over 8 years.
Victoria graduated from the University of Edinburgh before gaining a commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2011.
