International financial assets
We advise and represent clients through the process of preparing and analysing financial disclosure following divorce proceedings. Where appropriate, we then negotiate the terms of an agreed financial order to be filed with the Family Court or advise and represent our client in formal proceedings for a financial order.
International child relocation
We advise and represent clients in Court proceedings where one parent wishes to relocate internationally with their child, or in cases where children have been wrongfully removed abroad. We are renowned for our legal knowledge and tactical expertise.
International child maintenance
We are experienced and expert in the rules relating to child maintenance where the children or the parties might be abroad. We also have experience of the enforcement of existing maintenance orders with an international context.
