Blake Morgan shortlisted for Legal Team of the Year at the Insider Wales Dealmakers Awards

Leading national law firm Blake Morgan, which has a nine strong corporate team in Cardiff, has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Legal Team of the Year’ award.

The annual awards recognise and celebrate excellence in deal making across Wales. They attract entries from banks, private equity houses, business advisors and other intermediaries who have played a key role in supporting the growth of Welsh businesses. The awards will celebrate a stellar year for the Welsh dealmaking community, with an increase in acquisitions, buyouts, funding deals and flotations.

Impressively, the firm is also represented in each of the three ‘Deal of the Year’ categories, having advised on the sale of Brighter Foods (small business deal), the sale of Orbis Care (venture capital deal) and the management buy-out of Bluestone (deal of the year).
