Specialist technology lawyer Karl Foster has joined Blake Morgan as Legal Director.

Previously Head of Legal at MicroEnsure, a fintech and insurance intermediary providing services to the emerging markets, Karl has also worked in telecoms at Orange as a senior in-house Counsel specialising in outsourcing and media before moving to Atradius, a global insurance company specialising in international trade, managing legal and regulatory affairs on a global basis. Karl’s experience also encompasses corporate matters, having been responsible for corporate affairs, regulatory liaison and company secretarial matters, MBOs, company reorganisations and funding rounds during his career.
